Faffies Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

Hey Faffies fam!

We want you to love your new swimwear, but we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned, or maybe size does matter? Here’s our lekker, hassle-free policy to help you out:

Exchanges for Orders Within South Africa

Bought the wrong size or style? No worries! You have 30 days from receiving your Faffie to exchange it, as long as it’s in its original unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Here’s how it works:

1. Please email us at support@faffies.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

2. Please include the following in your email:
Your order number
Proof of purchase
The new size required
Confirmation of your pickup address for the courier
If your name, surname, or phone number for collection differs from your original order, please provide the updated details

3. Once we receive your email, we’ll arrange the courier pickup.

4. We will send you an invoice for the courier fees.

5. Once payment is received, the courier collection will be scheduled.

6. Once we receive your returned Faffie and it passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch your new exchange item.

7. To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unworn
In brand new condition
With all swing tags attached
In its original packaging

8. No tags = no exchange.
Please try your item on before removing any tags.
9. We unfortunately only offer exchanges, no returns.

Returns for International Orders

Wrong size? Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for international customers outside of South Africa. So please be sure to have a look at our size guides before ordering your Faffie.

Full Refund for Faulty Faffies

Got a faulty broekie? Bummer! We’ve got your back.

• Email us images and evidence at support@faffies.co.za, and we’ll arrange courier pickup at our cost.

• After inspecting your Faffie, we’ll sort out a full refund for you. Prefer a gift card instead? We’ve got that too!

 

Sale Items

Scored a deal on sale? Lekker! Just a heads-up, sale items are final sale and can’t be exchanged. But hey, who wouldn’t love a regifted Faffie?!

 

Quick Recap:

✅ Exchanges: Within 10 days, unworn with tags. We arrange pickup. You cover the discounted shipping cost for your new Faffie.

❌ No returns or refunds on international orders—PLEASE check our size guide before purchasing!

✅ Faulty items (with proof): Full refund or store credit.

❌ Sale items: No exchanges, refunds, or gift cards.

 

Important Notes:

• All returned goods are inspected before processing an exchange.

• Faffies reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging.

• No refunds/credit on shipping costs.
