For local orders we offer the following shipping rates:
Standard Shipping within SA:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): R100.00

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): R200.00

FREE Standard Shipping on Orders Over (3-5 business days): R1600.00

International Orders from South Africa

At Faffies, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure your items reach you in excellent condition, we have partnered with TUNL to offer global express shipping through FedEx and UPS.

Booking a Shipment

When you purchase Faffies, you have the option to select your preferred shipping service during the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped according to the chosen service.

Shipping Times: The estimated shipping times provided are based on average transit times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Duties and Taxes: For express shipping, all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds for international customers who are outside of South Africa.
