2. Do you have retail sellers or stores in South Africa, the UK, Australia, or other countries?

Currently, Faffies is only available online through our website, with no retail sellers or physical stores locally or internationally. However, we offer worldwide shipping, so your order will be delivered right to your doorstep, no matter where you are!

3.1 What sizes do Faffies speedos come in?

Our Faffies range offers sizes that cater to all South Africans, from as small as size 2-3 years old up to adult sizes, even reaching size 42! Please refer to our Size Guide for the best fit.

3.2 How do I choose the right size Faffie if I’m unsure?

To find the perfect fit, we recommend this simple method:

  1. Take a pair of your underwear and lay it flat on a bed.
  2. Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the waistband (elastic area) from left to right in centimeters.
  3. Compare your measurement to the “Garment Waist (cm)” section on our size chart (men’s or kids).

When in doubt, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For example, if you usually wear pants size 32, you’d typically be a size 32 or 34 in Faffies. Our speedos come with an adjustable drawstring, so you can easily tighten them for the perfect fit!

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Faffies offers international shipping with express service through FedEx and UPS. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, with an estimated shipping time of 4-7 days. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. I have a question regarding my order. Who can I contact?

If you have any questions about your order, simply reply to any email you received from us, and our sales manager will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can reach our team directly by emailing support@faffies.co.za, and we’ll be happy to assist!

6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within South Africa usually arrive within 2-5 business days. International shipping times vary, but you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days, depending on customs.

7. Can I track my Faffies order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your Faffies from our door to yours.

8. Can I exchange my Faffie if it doesn’t fit?

While we don’t offer returns, we’re happy to help you with an exchange if your Faffies aren’t the right fit. For orders within South Africa, you can exchange your swimwear within 7 days, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Just email us at support@faffies.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange, and we’ll arrange it with a discounted courier fee.

Note: For international orders, please refer to our size guide before purchasing, as we don’t currently offer exchanges or refunds.

9. How do I care for my Faffies swimwear?

Faffies Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

Hey Faffies fam!

We want you to love your new swimwear, but we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned, or maybe size does matter? Here’s our lekker, hassle-free policy to help you out:

Exchanges for Orders Within South Africa

Bought the wrong size or style? No worries! You have 10 days from receiving your Faffie to exchange it, as long as it’s in its original unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Here’s how it works:

1. Email us at support@faffies.co.za within 10 days of receiving your Faffie.

• Please include your order number, proof of order, the new size required, and confirmation of your pickup address for the courier.

• If your name, surname, or phone number for collection differs from your original order, please provide the updated details.

2. We’ll arrange pickup with our courier.

• You’ll receive an SMS confirming the pickup date.

3. Once we receive your Faffie and it passes our quality inspection, we’ll send you a discounted payment link for the shipping of your new Faffie.

4. As soon as payment is received, we’ll send your new Faffie to you!

Return Instructions:

• Ensure the item is unworn, in brand-new condition, with all swing tags attached and in its original packaging.

• No tags, no exchange—so try it on before removing anything!

 

Returns for International Orders

Wrong size? Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for international customers outside of South Africa. So please be sure to have a look at our size guides before ordering your Faffie.
