Booking a Shipment

When you purchase Faffies, you have the option to select your preferred shipping service during the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped according to the chosen service.

Shipping Times: The estimated shipping times provided are based on average transit times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local delivery conditions.


Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.


Duties and Taxes: For express shipping, all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds for international customers who are outside of South Africa.

Faffies Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

Hey Faffies fam!

We want you to love your new swimwear, but we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned, or maybe size does matter? Here’s our lekker, hassle-free policy to help you out:

Exchanges for Orders Within South Africa

Bought the wrong size or style? No worries! You have 30 days from receiving your Faffie to exchange it, as long as it’s in its original unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Here’s how it works:

1. Please email us at support@faffies.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

2. Please include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• The new size required
• Confirmation of your pickup address for the courier
• If your name, surname, or phone number for collection differs from your original order, please provide the updated details

3. Once we receive your email, we’ll arrange the courier pickup.

4. We will send you an invoice for the courier fees.

5. Once payment is received, the courier collection will be scheduled.

6. Once we receive your returned Faffie and it passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch your new exchange item.

7. To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unworn
• In brand new condition
• With all swing tags attached
• In its original packaging

8. No tags = no exchange.
Please try your item on before removing any tags.
9. We unfortunately only offer exchanges, no returns.

Returns for International Orders

Wrong size? Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for international customers outside of South Africa. So please be sure to have a look at our size guides before ordering your Faffie.

• Email us images and evidence at support@faffies.co.za, and we’ll arrange courier pickup at our cost.

• After inspecting your Faffie, we’ll sort out a full refund for you. Prefer a gift card instead? We’ve got that too!

Are they lined?

Yes. They're fully lined for comfort, support and coverage, with an adjustable drawstring for a secure fit.

Will they survive chlorine and the sea?

Yes. The fabric is chlorine resistant for 80–90 hours of swimming. To make them last even longer, rinse them in cold fresh water after a swim, hand wash, and dry them in the shade.

Where are they made?

Faffies swim briefs are designed in Cape Town, and our core range is made here too.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Choose Payflex at checkout to split your order into 4 interest-free payments. Available to shoppers in South Africa.

What if it doesn't fit?

Orders in South Africa can be exchanged for another size or style within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with swing tags attached and in the original packaging, so try them on before you remove the tags. Email support@faffies.co.za and we'll book the courier; you cover the courier fee. Sale items and international orders can't be exchanged, and we don't refund change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives faulty, we'll collect it at our cost and refund you. Full exchange policy

How long does delivery take?

In South Africa, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (R100, or free over R1,400) and express takes 1–2 business days (R180). International orders ship with tracked FedEx or UPS express in 5–10 business days, with import duties and taxes paid by the receiver unless your shipping option includes them.
